Contest: Best Costume and Best Bike Lights

Required: Helmet, front & rear lights and shoes
Bring: Water, spare tube, pump/CO₂, and a small candy stash to share

Safety: Obey traffic laws; be extra cautious around trick-or-treaters; ride single file when needed
